The Trust is extremely concerned to read that the players cannot be paid for May and will only receive 50% of the amounts due after the monies for the transfer of Darren Ambrose are received. In addition, the news that CPFC 2010 have not been able to complete agreements for the stadium with the Bank or the proposed CVA with P&A is very disappointing. The future of the Club now looks precarious and the Trust is urgently seeking meetings with the various parties to see if it can assist in resolving difficulties. The Trust delayed issuing its loan note scheme last week as a result of positive news on the takeover – this is now being kept under constant review and the scheme is ready to launch once we can clarify what assistance CPFC 2010 may require.
