We are introducing a new (weekly!) feature simply called "What the Trust has been doing this week". A lot of the work that the Trust does is behind the scenes, so while on the surface it may appear that the Trust is not up to much I can guarantee that there is a lot going on!
This feature aims to better convey what we do on a weekly basis and show that we are certinly not resting on our laurels.
This week:
- Members of the Trust Board met the Administrator to discuss the latest situation regarding the club and published the minutes
- Discussing the impact of the Croydon Core Strategy planning document with town planners and local councillors on CPFC and Selhurst Park, and publishing a letter for fans to use to so that they can write to the Council to express their concerns
- Answering ad-hoc questions from potential purchasers of the club
- Discussing the sale of Selhurst Park with CBRE and PWC
- Organising the Fans night for next Thursday 25th March: including contacting former players, organising Dougie Feedman and Phil Alexander to attend, collating raffle prizes etc
- Organising the Fans Sponsorship Day on 5th April - meetings with CPFC
- Ongoing discussions with Supporters Direct
- Media interviews with 442 magazine, South London Press, and Croydon Advertiser to promote the Fans' Sponsorship Day
