Trust statement regarding Selhurst Park

The Trust has been advised that Partners in PwC have today been appointed administrators of Selhurst Park Ltd, the company that owns Selhurst Park. This company is part of the insolvent Rock Investments Group but had not previously been subject to formal insolvency despite mortgaging Selhurst Park to its bankers. This seemed unusual and was queried by the Trust some days ago; The Trust were concerned there may have been some ulterior motive in not making an appointment.
This should make it easier for a dialogue to be opened with the Administrators and interested parties to try to reunite the club and the ground as well as resolve the rent & deferred lease premium issues.
