The Trust is delighted to announce that it will be sponsoring the youth team to cover its accommodation costs for their FA Youth Cup fifth round tie against Hull City this week. The tie will be played at North Ferriby United, just outside Hull, on Thursday 11th February at 7pm. It is the second time the team has had to make the trip as the initial tie was called off due to a frozen pitch after the squad had already travelled up to the area and stayed overnight before the game.
CPST previously sponsored the Academy’s U15 side in 2003/04, which coincided with Victor Moses’ arrival towards the end of that season. He went on to appear for the U15s before the end of the campaign.
The Trust is committed to supporting the club in any way it can through this difficult period, and it is hoped that this sponsorship will enable the team to prepare in the best possible way for a match that both the club and fans view with great importance.
It costs just £5 to become a member of the Trust. Please go to www.cpstrust.org.uk to join!
